What we collect

• Account info: name, email.
• Workspace info: workspace name, members, tools.
• Billing info, processed by our payment provider.
• Activity metadata: which account was opened, by whom, and when.

What we don't collect

We never see the passwords of tools you connect, and we don't record screenshots or keystrokes.

How we use it

To run the service, provide support, process payments, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting privacy@teamsight.app. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have additional rights.

Storage

Data is hosted in the United States (us-east-2) and encrypted at rest and in transit.
